Identification data: First name, last name, email address.
Contact and delivery data: Phone number (verified via SMS), delivery address, city, county.
Farmer data: Geographic coordinates (latitude, longitude), farm name, tax details (if applicable).
Payment data: Transaction information (payments are securely processed via Stripe; we do not store card data).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide the platform's services (placing orders, facilitating logistics between customer and farmer).
For identity verification (secure Firebase authentication and phone OTP) to prevent fraud.
To process payments and prevent unauthorized transactions.
To send operational notifications (e.g., order status).

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your data. Your data may only be shared with our trusted partners strictly for the operation of the service:

Google / Firebase: For sending SMS verification codes for phone numbers (Phone Authentication).
Stripe: For processing online payments.
The Partner Farmer: Receives your name, phone number, and delivery address only when you place an order, exclusively to fulfill it.

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. We retain data as long as you have an active account or as required by law.
