Photos (optional): Camera or photo gallery access is requested only when you upload product images. Photos are not accessed without your permission.
Location (optional): The app may request access to your device location to show nearby farmers. Location is not collected in the background.

Google / Firebase: For sending SMS verification codes for phone numbers (Phone Authentication) and Google sign-in.
Stripe: For processing online payments.
Expo (React Native): Technical infrastructure for the mobile app. No personal data is transmitted.
The Partner Farmer: Receives your name, phone number, and delivery address only when you place an order, exclusively to fulfill it.

5. Mobile App

The Cules din grădină platform is available as a mobile app for Android, downloadable from the Google Play Store. The mobile app:

Stores the authentication token locally on the device in an encrypted manner to keep you signed in.
Does not collect data in the background and does not send push notifications.
Contains no advertisements and does not use advertising identifiers.
Does not share data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Requested permissions (camera, location, photo gallery) are optional and used solely for the stated purpose.

You can uninstall the app at any time. Account data can be deleted by contacting us at [email protected].

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. We retain data as long as you have an active account or as required by law.
